My favorite homemade blends
Essential oil blends are meant to support and let me tell you we always are certain to support my hubby during the change in seasons. I actually call this one our Quarterly support because with new quarters come new goals, commitments, and challenges, too.
This is our favorite blend that we created here is recipe… 🙂
Quarterly Support
5 drops of Thieves
5 drops Lavender
5 drops Peppermint

Add the Thieves, Lavender, Peppermint to the roller ball. Then fill the rest of the way with Coconut oil or Olive Oil
. Wooohoo! You know how another fabulous support blend.
I use this label maker and label my essential oil blends.
Special note: The essential oil roller balls the stainless steel are best to use as the plastic deteriorates over time and have been known to leak. The roller ball part will lift off so you can fill and just be certain you push all the way down on stainless steel ball to ensure it is closed. I always shake it around turn it upside down etc to make sure it doesn’t leak. (The last thing I want is a leaking roller ball, I love my essential oils I don’t want to waste them, lol)

Wow, never knew of these remedies. My question is where do you get the ingredients from?
I love your article. I am book marking it. I am definitely going try out these recipes. I have essential oils at home, but never really mixed them to relieve health problems. I really like your website too. Keep up with the good work.
