Curried Vegetable Soup Recipe
Serves 4
1 large onion, chopped
1 fennel bulb, chopped
1 pound fresh green beans
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
1 small yellow squash, chopped
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 32-ounce container of organic vegetable broth
PREPARE THE SOUP: Add all the ingredients to a large soup pot. Stir well and cover with a lid over a medium flame. When the soup is boiling, turn down the flame and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Puree the soup or leave the soup chunky.

Timothy, I agree it does look pretty easy to make and delicious too. Veggies should be a friend of yours if you want your bones and your whole body inside and out to produce as good in your old age as it does in your young age. Eat more veggies man! It heals and increases hormones and such to produce healthy babies (if you are interested in that part of life). I am a 74 year young woman and can still bend my back and kick up my legs and touch my toes. All praises to the one who provided me with the ability and foods that give me the strength to do so. Smile. So EAT MORE VEGGIES. or drink them. Try it you may like it. Please excuse the ran but it is tempting.
