Date Snack Recipe
DATE BLISS BALLS
-Makes 8
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, soaked for 5 hours then rinsed
¾ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
4 Medjool dates, soaked
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon water
BLEND: Blend all the ingredients using a high-speed blender. Take a spoonful and roll into a ball. Set each ball on a tray. Finally, allow the balls to harden in the refrigerator.
I am definitely going to have to make these. They look so good!
