Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Recipe
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 3 eggs
- Garlic powder
- Coconut flour
- Coconut oil
- Rinse Chicken and then cut into strips (or if you are making chicken nugget shapes for the kids you can cut out fun shapes to make it interesting for them).
- Then add garlic to the coconut flour and the eggs.
- Then dip chicken pieces in the egg and then into the coconut flour (to cover chicken).
- Then place chicken in pan with the pre- heated coconut oil. Brown lightly and remove.
