Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 3 eggs
  • Garlic powder
  • Basil
  • Coconut flour
  • Coconut oil

Directions

  1. Rinse Chicken and then cut into strips (or if you are making chicken nugget shapes for the kids you can cut out fun shapes to make it interesting for them).
  2. Then add garlic to the coconut flour and the eggs.
  3. Then dip chicken pieces in the egg and then into the coconut flour (to cover chicken).
  4. Then place chicken in pan with the pre- heated coconut oil.  Brown lightly and remove.
