WHY SHOULD YOU MAKE  HOMEMADE ROOM SPRAY

So many of the home deodorizer/fragrance sprays that are on the market today are toxic.  I would imagine if you knew how toxic these fragrances were you would not want to continually expose your family to these toxins. The fragrances in these room deodorizer sprays are made in a lab and have toluene in them.  Toluene is a petrochemical that is neurotoxic. Chemicals that are neuro-toxic can damage neurotransmitters in your brain.  Neurotransmitters tell our hearts to beat, they regulate sleep,  and digestion.

 OUR WORLD TODAY IS TOXIC!

LET’S CONTROL THE TOXINS WE CAN IN OUR HOME SO WHEN WE ARE EXPOSED TO TOXINS OUTSIDE THE HOME OUR BODIES AREN’T AS BURDENED.   -Me 🙂

So you do understand what I am saying here, right?   If we lessen the toxin load in our homes by educating ourselves and making our purchasing products less harmful. You need to know what these harmful chemicals are doing to our bodies, pets, and children. There are some things we cannot immediately control so we need to take of what we can and worry less about the things we cannot change.

Ingredients 2 drops of clove or cinnamon essential oil 5 drops of Eucalyptus Globulous or Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil 8 drops of Orange essential oil 4 drops of Cypress essential oil 3 drops of Pine Essential oil or Mountain Savory Witch hazel 2 oz spray bottle Distilled Water Add the essential oils to the bottom of the spray bottle and then fill witch hazel until it reaches about 1/3 of the way up on bottle.  It is best to let that stand for 24 hours to set and then the following day fill the rest of the spray bottle up with distilled water.  Don’t fill to top or when you put on lid it will overflow.  🙁  You don’t want that to happen. This blend smells delish and is a great blend for healthy emotions… Can’t beat that lol.. 😉  I leave this one in the bathroom and I also carry a smaller one in my bag for when I am in a public restroom.  I don’t like to leave bathroom stinky for someone else, lol..  Hmm… or maybe I don’t want them to know I just went to bathroom, lol… 🙂
