Y’all are going to love my juicing recipe for weight loss. Remember, most of us gain weight due to an overload of toxins and eating foods that cause inflammation in our bodies. Why does that happen? Leaky gut, allergies, and/or we could just have an inflammation response to certain foods. Not all foods are healthy for all of us. Let’s take a look at my recipe below. What I love about it besides the taste of course, lol, is the ingredients that combine to support healthy digestion. Our digestive tracts are the brain for all of our functions when our digestive system is in turmoil guess what? Yep, that’s right the rest of your body is in turmoil. Romaine Lettuce is filled with vitamins but is also very hydrating, the cucumber is also very hydrating and loaded with goodness. It is important to remember we must drink enough fluids to keep our bodies hydrated so our liver and kidneys can flush the toxins out. I’m sure you have seen in some of my other recipes parsley is a lot of my juicing recipes because it is great support for our immune systems. Grapefruit is a natural detoxifier and weight loss fruit because of it’s detoxifying properties. I’m sure you all know how fabulous ginger is for digestion, right? If not, that is ok you do now.. I didn’t even know what Ginger looked like in the store 20 years ago. Ginger is also a great immune booster. My juice recipes are filled with fruits/vegetables/essential oils that are loaded with immune/digestive supporting properties. The biggest key to weight loss, healing and achieving wellness is giving the body what it needs to do what it was created to do, detox and protect. When your body is able to detox you will be surprised how much weight will come off.
Enjoy this recipe, it is one of my favorites.. 🙂
