Miso Soup Recipe

 

Serves 4

4 cups water

4 tablespoons organic miso of your choice

3 scallions, chopped

1 bunch parsley, chopped

 

PREPARE THE SOUP: Add water to a soup pot and let it boil. When the water is boiling, remove from heat. Add miso, and mix until dissolved. Finally, add parsley and scallions and serve.
