Sunflower Bliss Balls

Makes 12

2 cups sunflowers seeds, soaked for 5 hours then rinsed

1 cup dates, soaked

1 cup unsulphured dried blueberries

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of half a lemon

¼ teaspoon sea salt

 

BLEND: Blend all the ingredients using a high-speed blender. Take a spoonful and roll into a ball. Set each ball on a tray. Finally, allow the balls to harden in the refrigerator.
